Is StudioTraffic a scam?

It has come to my attention (via a forum ) that a very popular AutoSurf program, Studio Traffic is facing some massive problems.

When the owner of the website posts the following message in their forum saying that "Our top management has resigned. This means that offices in US, Canada and Spain will be closed" , it's pretty clear that something is wrong somewhere.

I surfed through that StudioTrafic forum and found that they even have a special forum made just for Malaysian Surfers!

Incredible!

Now some of the message threads like this one How much u lost? Never ashame to share.. depicts the horror stories of how much money has been 'lost' in this scheme!

And if I google a search on the following phrase 'studiotraffic is a scam?', I would get the following search results..
