Rihanna to Release 'The Wait Is Ova' as Second Single

'The Wait Is Ova' is produced by Stargate and will come out in a few weeks as Rihanna's second single off her new album 'Rated R'.

"The Wait Is Ova" indeed is not just a short message to announce Rihanna's comeback. It is a title of her new song and will be released as a follow-up to "Russian Roulette". Spilling the beans on that matter is one of the song's producers Mikkel S. Eriksen to Adressa.no.

"We were just told that they go for 'The Wait Is Ova' as next single and that it will launch in a few weeks - before the album release," the member of production duo Stargate said. "It means a lot to us to join a single-release in this format."

Both of the tracks will be included in Rihanna's forthcoming studio album "Rated R" which is slated for November 23 U.S. release. "Russian Roulette" has been unveiled earlier this week with its music video expected to be premiered on November 6 on ABC.

As a promotional effort for the new album, Rihanna will perform at "Good Morning America" on the album's release day. She is also rumored to sing at 2009 American Music Awards on November 22.
