Real broadcast?

It looks pretty real, but I have no clue how any network can get away with this much obvious sexual innuendo.  Especially with the racial overtones in relation to the size of the shakeweight.  The least could they have done was said the smaller white shakeweight is way less likely to give you a black eye.
