The Rock posted this at 7:24pm, and the president's announcement wasnt at least till 7:30.  Also he "just got word"?  So as the president and his people are going around informing political VIPs The Rock makes that phone list?  So who is the Rock responsible to call? Tyrese and Vin Diesel?
