Lets Play......How racist is this?

This guy was spotted at the Cubs-Phillies game last night in Philly. It seems even the Cubs fans become more obscene when in Philadelphia. Other than Boston, Philadelphia might be the most racist city in America, so I'm sure this guy got more high fives than dirty looks.
