Art Basel Miami Beach 2009

I know a lot of you have been wondering why the fuck Miami seems so packed lately, and there's only one real reason why: Art Basel Miami Beach 2009 has begun today and it ends on Sunday, December 6th.

Art Basel is "the most important art show in the USA"... so I've heard. It is the official sister event of Switzerland's Art Basel, which has been considered the most glamorous and prestigious art show worldwide for the past 40 years! That's quite a title to hold; all I got to say to that is Congratulations.

Personally, I am not too much of an "art-nerd", but I do have respect for it. Even so, I most likely will not be attending this event because this weekend is my BIRTHDAY WEEKEND! Yes, that's correct... Saturday, December 5th is my birthday aka the best day of the year. haha. So I might be a little too busy partying my ass off this weekend to make it to Art Basel, we will see how it goes. :D
