Ashlee Simpson a Designer?

It doesn't seem like it takes a lot to become a designer these days whether its for accessories, clothes or even fragrances it seems like every celebrity has their hand in another hustle in an attempt to build their empire. Since Ashlee Simpson is no longer making music it seems like she will be taking after her big sis and creating a clothing line for teens under the Jessica Simpson brand. I wouldn't say I'm entirely excited about the new endeavour but I am curious to see what designing skills Ashlee has up her sleeve. Here's what Ashlee had to say about the collaboration:

“My goal as co-creative director will be to design clothes that will help inspire young girls to express their personalities and creativity through fashion”.

She has definitely stepped her style game up as of recently so hopefully the clothes will be a reflection of her new fashion 'tude! Check some of her cutest fits below!

Opening Ceremony x Rodarte Autumn 2011 Lookbook

We love Opening Ceremony they have the absolute cutest pieces with that said teaming up with Rodarte is an absolute treat! The price range is kind of pricey with pieces starting at $220 and going as high as $2,220. The collection will be sold in Tokyo, NY, and LA but of course they plan to send pieces to smaller boutiques as well so don't worry if you don't live in any of these cities. I love colourful look books and I love the way they played with the lighting ,very funky just like the collection. An added bonus is that they will be doing a mens line as well, and this is the first time Rodarte has done a full mens line, which is dope! Check the images below and let us know what you think!

Supreme and Northface have teamed up yet again for their new Fall/Winter 2010 collection and we've got the scoop. The collab is a combo mountain jackets and duffle bags.
