Mrs.Doubtfire To Star As Hugo Strange In "The Dark Knight Rises"?

Batman On Film announced that they got news saying that Robin Williams is set to play Hugo Strange in the upcoming final "Batman" film in Nolan's trilogy. But they wont say where they got this news from.
