Big moment approaches: Amanda Holden waits in the corridor before her turn as a showgir on her TV show Fantasy Lives, which was screened last night
It was supposed to be a show about Amanda Holden's career fantasies.
But the Britain's Got Talent judge appeared to fulfil some fantasies for the viewing public as she wore a daring showgirl outfit which revealed her surprisingly peachy bottom.
The 38-year-old was seen on her new show Amanda Holden's Fantasy Lives learning to become a Bluebell Girl - a Parisian showgirl, during a performance at the Lido.
On reflection: Amanda Holden prepares for the cabaret show in her dressing-room at the Lido on the Champs-Elysees in Paris
Cheeky Amanda: The Britain's Got Talent judge's daring costume will have surprised viewers familiar with her girl-next-door image
And she certainly put on a show in her diamanté showgirl outfit, with a nude thong barely protecting her modesty.
The first episode saw the mother of one put through her paces as she trains to become a showgirl at the Lido on the Champs-Elysées.
She only had a few days to learn the complicated and gruelling dance routines and said it was 'really tough'.
The former Wild At Heart star said: 'I was the size of one of those girls' legs when I was on that stage, it's embarrassing.
Dazzling: Amanda wowed the crowd as she took to the stage
Birds of a feather: Amanda may have bared her bottom but she stopped short of going topless
'The outfits were really really heavy and also because I was just there for two weeks, I was wearing a 6ft 2in model's outfit so the tights I have wrapped around my feet, and the headpiece - because I've got a big head - is really cutting in to the back of my head so it was really tough.
'It’s full of beautiful people in fabulous costumes so it’s a visual feast, and you get to see me making loads of mistakes as the shortest girl in showgirl history!
'It was the worst one for me because as a personal challenge, it was the hardest.'
On the back of her BGT success, Amanda's solo
