Oh Rogers we do have a bounce!

Yes, the Baltic Dry Index rose again.

Get this, this was the 4th day in a row!

I kid you not.

However, if one looks at the bigger picture, the CURRENT movement this week ISN'T even registering anything on the yearly chart!!!
