Whether it's husbands, lovers or co-stars, unlucky-in-love Jennifer Aniston has a one-size-fits-all hug. But it doesn't matter how hard she tries to cling on, they all just seem to slip away.

Her latest is-she-isn't-she beau is Scottish actor Gerard Butler, who she stars with in upcoming rom-com The Bounty Hunter.

The pair have always denied an on-set romance, but the sizzling chemistry on-screen has left many in doubt.


Indeed, he's not the first leading man she is believed to have dated. In 2008, rumours of a romance sparked after she co-starred with Owen Wilson in Marley and Me.

Jennifer, 41, also embarked on a relationship with comedy favourite Vince Vaughan, when they were both cast in lead roles for 2006 film, The Break Up.

But prior to that was her most famous relationship of all - Brad Pitt. Millions of hearts were shattered when the attractive couple wed in 2000. But the ill-fated marriage was short-lived - the pair divorced in 2005 after Brad fell for Angelina Jolie on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith.

Perhaps she should have held on a little tighter?
