Dressed down Posh: Victoria Beckham, Cruz, and Romeo visited the ESPN Zone in Orlando with eldest son Brooklyn

Victoria Beckham's transformation from over-styled WAG to regular mum seems almost complete as she stepped out in another low key look on a day out with her sons.

Mr Beckham wore her hair scraped back, baggy jeans, a T-shirt and flip-flops for the day at the ESPN Zone in Orlando with Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, 7 and Cruz, 4.

The family looked co-ordinated in a casual wardrobe of blacks, navys and whites. And for once Victoria looked ready to pitch in for a fun day out with her energetic boys

Her uber-casual look was a far cry from the chic looks she wears as she jets around the world.

Growing up: Brooklyn also joined in the family day

But clearly perfect for a chilled out day, and later a spot of shopping at WholeFoods.

It seems Posh has turned her back somewhat on her former super-glam image, as the Spice Girl turned designer was recently pictured wearing ballet flats to travel.

Her bunions have become so bad that she is said to be facing surgery to remove them.

Friends said recently she was in such agony that she was having to put ice on her feet and do daily exercises in a desperate bid to avoid having the bunionectomy operations advised by her doctors.

She is believed to wear corrective insoles in some shoes.

Manwhile former Spice Girl Mel B revealed that the mother of three will be in on planned West End show Viva Forever, with Geri Halliwell said to be the driving force.

‘All five of us are really super excited,’ said Scary.

Look, no heels! Posh made an extremely rare outing in a pair of ballet flats after a flight from London to LAX

'We don’t do anything unless all five agree,’ she told Hello! magazine.

The 34-year-old said: ‘Lots of ideas were passed around and then one of the things that stuck was the musical. That night we celebrated the fact that we all had this amazing idea.’

Mamma Mia! producer Judy Craymer will put together the show, it emerged last week.

‘It’s going to be fictional but various characters will have traits that will remind you of the group,’ said the hit producer.
