Lee Alexander McQueen was an English fashion designer known for his crazy and yet very creative style. He worked at Givenchy for 5 years as the head designer before going his own way and founding/opening the Alexander McQueen & McQ labels. McQueen had been rewarded the British Designer of the year award 4 times throughout his lifetime. He was found dead by his housekeeper the morning of February 11th in his house on Green Street, London. Paramedics were called to the scene and McQueen was pronounced dead on the spot. Alexander McQueen died just days before the London Fashion Week, & 9 days after his own mother's death. Rumors that he committed suicide have not yet been confirmed nor denied.
