New career? Former nanny Sara Trumble poses for a Brighton photographer in late 2008, after she had resigned her job with Miss Mills
It has become one of the central issues in the dispute between Heather Mills and her former nanny.
And yesterday, the issue - a breast enlargement operation - was laid bare.
The picture below, which emerged last night, is of nanny Sara Trumble showing off her enhanced assets for a glamour shoot in late 2008.

In another photo taken in equally scanty lingerie, she poses alongside friend Rachel Pritchard, who used to work as a housekeeper for Miss Mills but quit in September 2008.
Miss Trumble's enlargement surgery, which took place in the spring of that year, was the hot topic of discussion at the employment tribunal yesterday.
Miss Mills claimed that Miss Trumble, who worked for her for five years, only became 'aggrieved' at her job after she refused to loan her £4,000 for the surgery.
She said Miss Trumble made the request for the loan while they were
alone together in a larder where no one else could hear them.
The former model, 42, who was awarded a settlement of £24.3million after her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney, told the tribunal: 'She said she didn't feel good about her breasts and wanted to have a breast enlargement.

'I said I didn't agree with it and gave her the reasons why. I had had a breast reduction when I was 21 and it's very painful - you literally can't lift anything.
'I didn't know whether it was something her boyfriend had said to her at the time or her hormones. I didn't think it was right.'
However the nanny's solicitor, Nick Fairweather, accused Miss Mills of telling a 'very, very unpleasant lie'.
He accused her of making up the issue over the breast enlargement as a way of explaining why Miss Trumble turned against her.
Miss Trumble, 26, says she paid for the operation herself with a bank loan, never asked her old boss for the money and that it has nothing to do with why she is seeking compensation from

Mr Fairweather said to Miss Mills in the tribunal: 'I suggest that you're telling a very, very unpleasant lie.'
He continued: 'If this tribunal finds that you lied about that, would you agree that this is a despicable thing to do?' Miss Mills replied: 'I never did it.'
Tribunal judge Steven Vowles told Mr Fairweather to move on as he was not asking a proper question, and Miss Mills added: 'I think you're panicking.'
Miss Trumble was employed by Miss Mills and her former husband Sir Paul as a nanny to their daughter Beatrice, now six, from April 2004.
She alleges that Miss Mills discriminated against her when she had her own child, relegating her to domestic duties until she was forced to resign from her £25,000-a-year post in September 2008.
The lingerie pictures which emerged yesterday were said to have been taken by a photographer in Brighton shortly after she resigned.
During yesterday's hearing, Miss Mills's close friend of 20 years and staff manager Ruth Matthews accused Miss Trumble of having 'to be prompted throughout the day to fulfil her duties to an acceptable standard'.
She also claimed that Miss Trumble would often place Beatrice in front of DVDs to keep her entertained while Miss Trumble looked after her own daughter, who Heather allowed her to bring to work.
As she left the hearing in Ashford, Kent, last night Miss Trumble would only say: 'I'm happy'.
But Miss Mills read a statement to reporters - two pages of typed A4 paper - that told of her sadness at being 'betrayed' by Miss Trumble, and said that she, Heather, was the victim in this case.
